The positions of "Photovoltaika Kritis ae" for net-billing - Possibility of photovoltaic connection up to 12 months after the granting of a permanent power supply

"Photovoltaika Kritis ae" submitted proposals for the plan under consultation of the Ministry of the Interior for the implementation of net-billing.
According to the company, it should be possible to provide electrical space with construction current. As he explains, many building permits include photovoltaic systems in newly built buildings from the outset. It is paradoxical that while the building permit includes a photovoltaic system, we do not know in advance whether DEDDIE will issue connection conditions.
It is thus proposed that the PV system activation deadline be within 12 months of the granting of a permanent power supply.
The second issue that arises is the abolition of the extra meter (Meter 1) which, according to the company's query to the RAAEF, only concerns statistical data on the country's energy mix. Especially for residential consumers and small businesses, the extra cost for the meter can exceed 10% of the total project.
Finally, "Photovoltaika Kritis ae" notes that the limit for single-phase supplies should be increased to 8 kW, as long as the corresponding limit for three-phase supplies is at 100% of the agreed power.
